Skilled Nursing

Services provided by registered nurses or Licensed practical nurses, such wound care, medication management, and monitoring of vital signs.

Home Health Aide

Typically includes providing non-medical assistance to patients in their homes in order to help them with activities of daily living (ADLs) and/or instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs).

Physical Therapy

Developing and implementing treatment plans to help patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore function, such as through exercises, manual therapy, modalities and techniques.

Occupational Therapy

Assessing a patient's physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities in order to identify any limitations or impairments that are impacting their ability to perform ADLs and/or IADLs.

Medical Social Service

Services provided by social workers, may include a range of activities and interventions, such as counseling, patient education, case management, and referral to community resources. Medical social workers may work with patients who are facing a variety of health issues, such as chronic illness, disability, or terminal illness, and they may collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as doctors and nurses, to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.

Home Physician

Also known as a house call doctor or mobile physician, is a medical doctor who provides medical care and treatment to patients in their own homes, rather than in a traditional healthcare setting such as a hospital or clinic.

Speech Therapy

Assessing patients' speech, language, and communication abilities by observing their speech and language production, administering tests and measurements, and analyzing their medical history.

Laboratory, Xray and EKG

Our laboratory services typically involve analyzing samples of blood, urine, and other bodily fluids to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of various medical conditions. X-ray services involve using imaging technology to produce detailed images of the inside of the body, which can help to identify fractures, tumors, and other abnormalities. EKG services involve measuring the electrical activity of the heart to help diagnose heart conditions such as arrhythmias and heart attacks.

Podiatrist

Providing preventative care, such as diabetic foot care, treating active foot wounds and helping patients with diabetes manage their condition to prevent complications.
